In the ongoing quest to find out why I have had a headache in one very specific place for over 4 years, I have a scan on June 9. I got the referral way back in April and never bothered calling, but for the past week the pain has gotten worse and started spreading to other parts of my head, which has never happened before. So I called. Yikes. With any luck my doctor will turn out to be right, and it’ll just be a pesky benign mass clogging up my sinus. Here’s hoping.

I’m sure it isn’t anything serious. I’m glad you got the fancier brain scan, you deserve it.

Where ARE you??? You haven’t posted anywhere in over 2 weeks. I hope you’re on vacation and the doc didn’t tell you to stay off the computer. What DID she say about the MRI?

I’m back! I’m here, I’m on 43. I was not on vacation or restricted from the computer . . . I just didn’t have internet access from home for a while! You can read all about the scan results on 43, if you’re on 43 . . . I don’t know because, embarrassingly, I don’t actually know who you are! Do I know you? Either way . . . thanks for being concerned!
